Black Bears In Connecticut Presentation for Kids

Join Paul Colburn, a Master Wildlife Conservationist from Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP) to learn about the natural history of black bears in Connecticut. Kids will get an overview of their habitat, diet, behavior, reproduction, and current research efforts. This presentation also provides practical recommendations for optimum coexistence with black bears. Artifacts will be shared with the audience.
