The library will be closed on Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 30th at 9:30am.
The Meriden Public Library is moving back to our newly renovated building at 105 Miller Street to prepare for our grand opening on July 14th & 15th.
Our Meriden Mall location will close after business hours on June 2nd. We will reopen to the public at 105 Miller Street on July 14th with a grand celebration. We hope you can join us then!

The Meriden Public Library Local History department has been creating Meriden ornaments since 1994. Each pewter medallion is manufactured by Woodbury Pewter and features a Meriden historic landmark. All proceeds are used to purchase books, periodicals, archival supplies, and other local history items. Ornaments can be purchased at the Visitor Services desk at the library in the mall during open hours. Limited supplies available.
