Reserve a Room

The Meriden Public Library offers 8 Meeting Rooms, 3 Study Rooms, and 3 Study Pods available for public use. 

Advance reservations are required for use of our 8 Meeting Rooms. See Meeting Room Fees for a listing of the costs associated with use of our Meeting Rooms. Please note that Meeting Room fees are waived for Meriden Not-for-Profit organizations.

Study Rooms and Pods are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Use of Study Rooms or Pods is free. 

Study Rooms are booked via staff at our Information Desk in increments of 30 minutes with a max of 2 hours. Patrons can self-access Study Pods.

Any patron may use these rooms for up to 2 hours with extensions possible. If another patron appears during the extension period, the current patron utilizing the room will be asked to give up the room. Patrons are limited to one study room booking per day.

Any patron using the library computer in Rooms 7 or 8 must exchange their ID or library card with staff at the Information Desk. ID or library card will be returned to patron upon return of wireless keyboard and mouse.

Patrons must vacate the study rooms and pods 15 minutes before closing.
