Finding a Theme

Ron Abbe will speak on his experience as an artist, specifically deciding what to paint.

His work falls into the basic category of realism, and he will show examples from different series describing his motivations and discoveries.

Mr. Abbe is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

He is retired from a teaching career at Housatonic Community College in Bridgeport, CT.
