Charles Lindbergh was a legendary pilot who stood out among the many aviators of his time. He was one of the brave 68 men who dared to try and fly across the Atlantic Ocean non-stop, and he was the first to complete this daring feat successfully. Lindbergh had a natural talent for flying and thrived on the thrill of danger. He served as an Army Air Service Cadet in the U.S. Army, navigated treacherous airmail routes for the U.S. Postal Service, and dazzled audiences with his barnstorming performances nationwide.
