: Come meet local children’s author S. Villeda-Schaedler and listen to a reading of her picture book Mighty, Tiny Antony before our Local author fair at 1pm today.
More about this author: Born and raised in Queens, NY, S. Villeda-Schaedler now lives in Meriden. Her debut children’s book, Mighty, Tiny Antony, is the story of the tiniest ant in the colony, Antony. Because he is so small, he often feels overlooked and unimportant. However, one day, a tragedy befalls the colony and Antony is the only one who can get help. The story is geared for children ages 3-10, but is dedicated to anyone who needs to believe again in their “mighty.”
Kids of all ages welcome. Registration requested.
