Closed for Memorial Day

The library will be closed on Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial Day.  We will reopen on Tuesday, May 30th at 9:30am. 

Meriden Public Library will temporarily close after June 2nd.

The Meriden Public Library is moving back to our newly renovated building at 105 Miller Street to prepare for our grand opening on July 14th & 15th.

Our Meriden Mall location will close after business hours on June 2nd. We will reopen to the public at 105 Miller Street on July 14th with a grand celebration. We hope you can join us then!

The Meriden Public Library, in partnership with the Association of Financial Educators, will be hosting Bob Tubridy, certified financial planner, on Tuesday, March 7th at 6:00 pm. Mr. Tubridy will present the first in a series of financial literacy programs for teens and young adults titled "Setting Financial Goals." Bob will cover tracking spending habits, preparing a monthly spending plan and budget, ways to decrease spending and increase income, and more.
