We will discuss why everyone needs a Last Will and Testament, a Power of Attorney, and a Healthcare Directive/Living Will.

We will describe briefly why most people do not need a Trust. The presentation will give a brief description of the function of the Connecticut Probate Court System and will focus on what happens from the time that a loved one dies until his or her estate is settled and distributed under Connecticut Probate rules.
