Event Details
Elizabeth from the Meriden Department of Health and Human Services will be at the library in Meeting Room 5 from 10:30 - 11:30am providing free pop-up Naloxone training. This is a drop in style training that takes less than 10 minutes! Participants will learn:
- Signs and symptoms of an overdose
- What Naloxone is and how to administer it
- Local resources and support
All attendees will get a Narcan kit and other prevention resources.
